Terms and Conditions

Upon confirmation of the event a deposit is required to secure the date.

*There are also additional deposits due prior to the function which will be stated on your contract.

All deposits are nonrefundable 

. All payments can be made with Cash,  Cashier’s Check, Personal Check or Credit Card. ALL Credit Card Fee applied of 4%

All payments made with a personal check may be made up until 14 days prior to function. 

Alpine Banquets has the right to refuse any outside vendor services with the following items:  food, alcohol beverages, linens, and chair covers etc.

 

*To avoid any conflicts, please contact an event coordinator before arranging for any outside services for your event.
